What is the typology of the pictures?

The types of drawing are artistic, technical, geometric, mechanical, architectural, animated, and by show of hands, among others.

The drawing represents in itself a means of expression, through which people shape an idea, in a plane, the idea is to express what the person has in the thought and to project it using forms.

This mechanism of expression becomes an ideal substitute for words; it is used with the idea that people can find other means to communicate their thoughts.

The visual communication that is established through drawing is unique, as people want to know how to manifest widely, through it. The illustrations are generated manually, and can also be done through the computer, thanks to the many technological tools that exist today.

It is opportune to clarify that the drawing can come from a free creation of human thought, that is, it can correspond to an idea, as it can also be due to the replica of an existing drawing.

What are the types of drawing?

  1. Art drawing.

This is intended to convey part of the artist’s feeling, either from the intellectual plane or from the emotional plane, as the drawing may correspond to a philosophical posture or an existing attitude.

This corresponds to the individual perspective of the artist, something that will be extremely evident in the drawing, since the person will see it more clearly by appreciating it as figures charged by the author, with all his feelings.

That is, the person draws as he sees the world, according to his or her feelings, emotions, and thoughts.

  1. Technical drawing.

This is a much more concise expression than the previous one since it consists of shaping an image but making precise use of the forms and measures. It is necessary before proceeding to this type of expression that the person has a series of knowledge that will guarantee him the objective to propose, that is, the person must know well what he is doing.

  1. Geometric drawing.

It consists in the instruction and learning of the geometric and essential forms, through which the person can shape a particular image, for the realization of this type of drawing it is equally worth learning and practice until Mastering the techniques of its understanding.

  1. Mechanical drawing.

The idea of this drawing is to reproduce a series of parts that are part of a machine; it is a drawing that is used in planes to project the components of an industrial device, or an artifact.

When the drawing is done as a replica, it is to reproduce the machine in the plane, to modify its parts or to modify the processes carried out by it.

In other cases, this drawing is made so that the person can create a new machine. This type of expression obeys an image of an artifact or product that you want to create.

  1. Architectural drawing.

The purpose of this type of drawings is to reproduce the infrastructures that exist in reality, sometimes this type of illustrations is made in 3D planes, to determine the proportionate measures of the spaces to be built.

This type of drawings must be made with the highest possible precision; the idea is to represent on small scales, the buildings that are subsequently to be created so that the person who is going to do this must know the area.

To make these drawings, the person must have the precise tools to help him create it.

  1. Cartoon

For the creation of this drawing, you must make use of tools, as well as of the technology, with the aim of you can recreate the cartoon that you want.

The person must recreate the image and then proceed to its production in a plane that allows it to be more mobilized, all to be able to give movement to it and result in an animation.

Today, these successions can be achieved through a fundamental process, the drawing can be expressed on the physical plane, and then it proceeds to its processing in the virtuality, using technological tools, such as specialized programs. It gives the drawing a series of movements that allow that the same can be mobilized and may have a respective animation.

  1. Freehand drawing.

This most of all refer to a type of technique, using which, the drawing is performed only using paper and pencil, and can be worked several effects that you can apply to the same, as is the chiaroscuro, the light, and the clarity.
